Mary was the daughter of W.H. (Buddy) Bagwell and Maybelle Johnson Bagwell of Inman. She was raised in the Church of God and was a Christian.
Throughout the course of her working life she was an employee of Raycord Inc and Lyman Finishing Co. in Lyman, managed the business office of McCarter Paint Contracting for 15 yrs, owned and operated Mary's Dark Skin Den and was a registered caregiver for Interim Healthcare. She served her community as a Notary Public and a Red Cross volunteer.
She loved animals, her favorite hobby was reading, but her passion was her love for her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a wife, a mother, a grandmother and a great grandmother who showered her family with love and support Never judgmental always supportive. We have all blossomed under the light of her love.
She is survived by her husband and soulmate David R. Wilson Sr, her loving and devoted Peek-A-Poo Chloe, her stepsons David R Wilson Jr and Christopher Wilson, her loving daughters Lu Ann McCarter-Drake and Rhonda McCarter- Cullen, her son-in-law Patrick J Cullen, her grandchildren Jeremy Drake, Lianna Suddreth and Chaz Suddreth, her great grandchildren Tobias Hawkins, Lorenzo Henderson, Destiny, Caleb, Keira, Mikayla and Iris Suddreth, her brother Gerald Bagwell and sister Violet Ivey.
She was adored by all who knew her and will live in our hearts for eternity.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, September 30, 2011 at 11:00am in Roselawn Memorial Gardens conducted by Rev. Al Phillips.
