Mrs. Mary Wells Locke, 71, of 425 S. Church St. Spartanburg died Thursday, December 11th, 2008 at Regional Hospice Home.
Mrs. Locke was born in Spartanburg on May 12, 1937, the daughter of the late Harmon and Mildred Welchel Wells. She is survived by a son, Michael Cartee of Spartanburg, a brother, David Wells of Pacolet, a sister, Ruth Kimbrell of Fingerville, six grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Furman Cartee.
Graveside services will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Spartanburg, SC, at 11:OOAM Saturday, December 13th, conducted by Rev. Donna Stroud.
