Mary Alice Blackwell

Inman, SC---Mary Alice Blackwell, 53, of 231 Marlette Road Inman, SC, passed away Friday, January 20, 2017 at her residence. Born in Spartanburg County on August 29, 1963 she was a daughter of the late Thurman and Mary Lee (Pruitt) Cartee and was the wife of Gary Blackwell having celebrated 31 Years of marriage. In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children, Nicole Conley of Rutherfordton, NC, Betty Seay of Spartanburg, SC, Adam Blackwell of Inman, SC and Melissa Blackwell also of Inman, SC; one sister, Diane Mize of Inman, SC and 17 grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 23, 2017 from 2:00 - 3:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 3:00 PM in the Seawright Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev.
