Martha Magalene Horton Mize, 81, of 110 Old Kimbrell Road, Boiling Springs, SC, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Martha was born in Spartanburg, SC on November 29, 1934, a daughter of the late Mack and Dovie (Stephens) Horton. She was the widow of Charles Mize, was formerly employed at Inman Mills and retired from McDonalds. She was of the Baptist faith. Martha is survived by a daughter, Mackie Crotts (Gary), of Boiling Springs; three sons, Rick Mize (Angela), of Boiling Springs; Terry Mize (Diane), of Inman; Tony Mize, of Boiling Springs; a sister, Linda Fredricks, of Inman, a brother, Robert Horton, of Boiling Springs; 11 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 1 great, great granddaughter. The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends Wednesday 6:00 — 8:00PM at Seawright Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held Thursday, November 10, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Mt View Baptist Church Cemetery, 5555 Parris Bridge Road, Boiling Springs, SC with Rev Brian Horton officiating.
