Marsha Dale McKillop Mason, 76, of Mason Road in Chesnee, passed away Monday, April 6, 2026, at Smith Phayer Hospice House in Landrum, South Carolina.

Marsha was born in Spartanburg on June 14, 1949, a daughter of the late Thelma Cook McKillop and Fred McKillop and was the widow of Jerry R. Mason.

She is survived by her son, Allen Mason and his wife, Gina, of Inman, a granddaughter, Danielle Mason of Inman, two sisters, JoAnn Miller and Patricia Wriborg of Spartanburg, and two sisters in law, Kathy Dittemore and her husband, Ken of Inman, and Kay McKillop of Boiling Springs. In addition to her husband and parents, Marsha was also predeceased by a brother, Wayne McKillop..

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman with Rev. Monty King officiating. The family will receive friends 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Wednesday, April 8th at the home of Kathy Dittemore at 205 Staman Drive, Inman and also following the service on Thursday morning.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Small But Mighty Dog Rescue, 583 Smith Chapel Road Campobello, SC 29322.
