Margie Thelma Pruitt Burrell
Mrs. Margie Thelma Pruitt Burrell, 86, of 14 E Street Inman went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 24th, 2007 at her residence.
Mrs. Burrell was born in Spartan burg County on August 29, 1921, the daughter of the late William and Ora Lee (Thompson) Pruitt and was retired from Inman Healthcare.
She was a member of Hillside Baptist Church were she was a member of the Adult Sunday School class.
She is survived by seven daughters Joann Burrell of Inman, Ellen Page of Boiling Springs, Evelyn Cooper of Inman, Barbara Hall of Inman, Myrtle Wright of Inman, Brenda Atkins of Campobello, Linda Cooper of Campobello, two sons Clay Burrell of Inman and Bobby Burrell of Asheboro, NC, thirty one grandchildren, seventy two great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by two daughters Shirley Turner and Patricia (Sissy) Burrell and one son Avery Burrell.
Funeral services will be held at Dependent Baptist Church, Inman, SC, at 2 PM on Friday, October 26th, with Rev. Jimmy Benfield, Rev. Tommy Turner, Rev. Todd Cooper and Rev. Steve Price, Rev. Michael Owenby officiating. Pallbearers will be Eddie Hall, Jamie Cooper, Billy Burrell, Avery Brigman, Wesley Campbell, John Lankford, Kevin Tucker and Terry Jenings.
Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
The family is at the home and will receive friends Thursday 6:30- 8:30 PM at Seawright Funeral Home.
