 Margaret McDowell, 86, of Inman, SC, passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at Carlyle Nursing & Rehab in Fountain Inn. 

Margaret was born in Greenville, SC on September 28, 1936. She was a daughter of the late Edgar, and Annie Lou(Minyard) Harvey. She was the wife of James E McDowell. She is survived by two daughters, Helga Longino and her husband Tony, and Gloria Clardy and her husband Chris Patrie; one son James Clardy; and two grandsons, Chris Longino and his wife Misty, and Craig Longino and his wife Julianne. She was predeceased by two sisters, Bobbie Morris, and Janette Nalley.

Margaret was a member of Boiling Springs First Baptist Church.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 14, 2023 from 10:00 until 10:45 at Seawright Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM, conducted by Rev. Bobby Lindsay, and Mr. Jerry Bridges. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
