Margaret Elaine (Smith) Lewis, 81, of Spartanburg, SC, passed away Monday, April 22, 2024, at her residence. Margaret was born in Spartanburg, SC on November 11, 1942, a daughter of the late Lee (Fowler) and Alvin Smith. She was the wife of Marvin Lewis.
She is also survived by a daughter, Samantha Cothran and her husband Jeff; three sons, Scott, David, and Larry Fagan; ten grandchildren, Andrew, Cain, Matthew, Sidney, Sean, Brittany, Kaitlyn, Austin, Justin, and Jordan; and eight great grandchildren.
Margaret was retired as a nurse.
Visitation will be held 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman, SC. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 AM with Rev. Brad Atkins officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29303
