Margaret Bulman Howell

 Margaret Bulman Howell, 87, of Brookview Drive in Inman, passed away Sunday, December 29, 2024 at her daughter's residence. 

Margaret was born in Roebuck, South Carolina on November 26, 1937, a daughter of the late Leona Hughes Bulman and Byron Oliver Bulman, and she was the widow of Harold Dean "Diz" Howell.

She was a 1949 graduate of Roebuck High School and attended Cecil's Business College. She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Roebuck. For 43 years, Margaret was an employee of Springs Industries in Lyman, and following her retirement there, she worked 17 years at Harrison's Workwear. 

She is survived by a daughter, Joy Cannon of Inman, a brother, Thomas F. Bulman (Anthulas) of Roebuck, a sister, Emily B. Harrison (Danny) of Roebuck, two grandsons, Jason H. Thompson of Campobello and Billy Joel Cannon of Louisville, Kentucky, and two great granddaughters, Raelyn Naomi Thompson of Campobello and Sophia Elizabeth Hatcher of Boone, North Carolina. In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by two brothers, Larry O. Bulman (and his widow Sandra who survives), and James B. Bulman.

The family is at the home of her daughter at 20 H Street, Inman and will receive friends 1:00 until 2:00 Thursday, January 2nd, 2025 at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, January 2nd, at Seawright Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Jerry Barrineau.

Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Inman.  Serving as pallbearers are: Jamie Bulman, Kevin Harrison, Donald Bishop, Jerome Bulman, Shane Bulman, Ryan Bulman, Will Harrison, and Harrison Maguire.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mobile Meals, PO Box 461, Spartanburg, SC 29304.
