Margaret Gertrude Harley, 75, of 3651 Highway 357, Inman, passed away Thursday, December 24, 2020 at Greenvillle Memorial Hospital.
Margaret was born in Inman on April 11, 1945, a daughter of the late Wilmoth Foster Bishop and Charlie Bishop and was the widow of Lonnie G Harley who died in 1997.
She retired from Milliken and Company, was a volunteer for The American Red Cross, and was a CNA at Spartanburg Medical Center in the Heart Center and the Greenville Hospital System. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Gowensville.
Survivors include four daughters; Cynthia Cooley of Inman, Donna Campbell of Lyman, Gina Louis and her husband Bobby of Columbus, NC, Frances Stacy and her husband Tim of Campobello, two sisters; Ruby Runion and her husband George of Campobello, Mary Seay and her husband Glenn of Boiling Springs, a brother; Johnny Bishop and his wife Teresa of Cowpens, a sister in law; Joyce Bishop, seven grandchildren; James Burnette, Adam Burnette, Stephanie Campbell, Zachary Louis, Bobby "LB" Louis, Timberly Renneker, Jennifer Mehalso, four great grandchildren; Damion "B" Burnette, Kaidan Martin, Thomas Renneker, and Rebecca Ruiz. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also predeceased by a granddaughter, Rebecca Campbell, three brothers; Robert Elli Bishop, William Clarence Bishop, James Earl Bishop, a son in law; Mac Cooley, and a sister in law; Patsy Bishop.
The family is at the home and will receive friends 5:00 until 7:00 Monday, December 28th at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, December 29th at Seawright Funeral Chapel with Rev. Craig Scruggs officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memory Gardens in Greer conducted by Rev. Josh Phillips.
