Margaret Ann Strickland Fowler, 85, formerly of 1130 Park Rd. passed away Saturday, January 20, 2018, at Magnolia Manor of Inman. Mrs. Fowler was born in Moncks Corner, SC on October 22, 1932, and was the daughter of the late Mr. Strickland and Agnes Birch. She was the widow of the late Tommy Fowler and was first married to the late Gerald Stott . She was a member of Inman First Free Will Baptist Church and had retired from Contec Inc.
Margaret is survived by a son, Randy Stott of Inman, SC , a daughter, Jill Fowler Cochran and her husband, Rev. Jeff Cochran also of Inman. There are four grandsons, Joel Cochran of Spartanburg, SC, Joseph Cochran and his wife Audrey of Colorado, Jacob Cochran and his wife Sarah of Hawaii and Jarad Cochran of Georgia. She was predeceased by a great-grandson, Maverick Cochran.
The family will receive friends Monday, January 22, 2018 from 1:00 to 1:50 PM. at Seawright Funeral Home. A memorial service will follow in the Seawright Funeral Chapel at 2:00 PM with Rev. Jeff Cochran officiating. The family will be at the home of her daugher, Jill Cochran, 119 Strawberry Drive, Inman, SC 29349.
