Margaret Jane Campbell

Margaret Jane Campbell, 71, of 1040 Belue Mill Road, Landrum, SC, passed away Saturday, August 9, 2025, at Upstate Community Hospice House in Landrum, SC.

Margaret was born in Cleveland County, NC on October 26, 1953, a daughter of the late Hallie (Searcy) Wyatt and Johnny Malcolm Wyatt.

She was the wife of Johnny Lee Campbell, having celebrated 53 years of marriage.

She retired from INA Bearing and was a member of Blue Ridge Baptist Church in Landrum, SC.

In addition to her husband, Margaret is survived by a son, Travis Campbell and wife, Kristen, of Inman, SC; one sister, Faye Chappel, of Easley, SC; two brothers, Ben Wyatt, of Spartanburg, SC, Mike Splawn, of Spartanburg, SC, 6 grandchildren, Taylor Pierce (Dalton), Lucas Campbell (Kaydence), Noah Grizzle, Colton Grizzle, Leslie Siegfried, Jackson Powell, 2 great grandchildren, Wyatt Pierce and Waverly Pierce, mother-in-law, Genell Campbell and sister-in-law, Irene Campbell. She was predeceased by a son, Edward Campbell, sisters, Mary Ridings, Carol Schultz, brother, Hoyt Splawn and brother-in-law, Barry Campbell.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, August 12th at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman, SC. 

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, August 13th at Blue Ridge Baptist Church in Landrum, SC with Rev. Hunter Park and Rev. Lynn Stewart officiating.

Burial will be in Blue Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Lucas Campbell, Travis Campbell, Dalton Pierce, Noah Grizzle, Colton Grizzle and Mike Splawn.
