Lyman, SC---Mrs. Margaret Helen Michel Bush, 88, of 755 White Cloud Drive but formerly of Upper Marlboro, Maryland went home to be with our Lord on Saturday, February 22, 2014.
Born in Capitol Heights, Maryland on November 19, 1925, she was the daughter of the late Arsen and Louise (Hurlebaus) Michel. She was the wife of the late Mr. Glenn A. Bush (June 8, 1927 - May 22, 2010).
Mrs. Bush was a homemaker and was a member of the Cheltenham UMC in Cheltenham, Maryland. She was the best mother in the world to her children.
She is survived by her three children, John Baker (Sukey Starkey), Valerie Wheeler (Don) and Michael Bush; four grandchildren, Joanna, Andy, Nataye and Nick and three great grandchildren; one brother, Gene Michel (Carole); two brother-in-laws, Ed Bush and Larry Bush (Beverly). She was the aunt of four and the great aunt of one. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a daughter-in-law, Dora Bankins-Bush and a sister-in-law, Adelle Bush Singley.
A private Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity or organization of one's choice.
