Mamie Lancaster Ford, 86, formerly of Inman, died Wednesday, January 9th at Brookview Healthcare in Gaffney. Born in Spartanburg County,she was the daughter of the late Weldon M. and Ruth Johnson Lancaster and the widow of J. C. Ford. She was a member of Gramling United Methodist Church and was a homemaker.
She is survived by a son, Weldon Ford of Inman and a sister, Helen Whitesides of New Albany, Indiana. Funeral services will be at 11:00 A. M. Friday in the Fellowship Hall of Gramling United Methodist Church with Rev. David Caughman conducting the services. The visitation will be one hour before the service also in the Fellowship Hall. Interment is private.
