MacArthur Wyatt, 83, of 2441 South Blackstock Road, Landrum, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2025, at his home.
MacArthur was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on July 18, 1942, a son of the late Macie Thompson Wyatt and E.B. Wyatt.
He was the husband of Peggy Stone Wyatt of the home.
He retired from Mid Atlantic Boiler of North Carolina, served in the South Carolina National Guard, and was a member of Stable Life Worship Center in Inman.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three sons, Brian Craig Wyatt of Boiling Springs, Timothy Mark Wyatt and his wife, Karen, of Landrum, Douglas MacArthur Wyatt of Landrum, two sisters, Amelia Kenner of Boiling Springs, Sheila Fowler of Gaffney, six grandchildren, Amber Brannon of Lyman, Ethan Wyatt of Spartanburg, Austin Wyatt of Tulsa, OK, Autumn Knight of Tulsa, OK, Declan Wyatt of Charleston, Caroline Wyatt of Charleston, and six great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was also predeceased by a son, Michael Alan Wyatt.
Visitation will be held 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 25th at Seawright Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 25th at Seawright Funeral Chapel in Inman with Rev. Joe White officiating.
Burial will follow in Good Shepherd Memorial Park in Boiling Springs.
