Lynn Cantrell Neves

Cheryl Lynn Cantrell Neves, 59, of 7 H Street went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 9, 2018. Born in Spartanburg, SC on June 18, 1958, a daughter of Don "Slab" Cantrell, of Inman, SC and the late Nancy "Nan" (Horton) Cantrell. She was a member of First Baptist North Spartanburg and was a member of the Riley-Caldwell-McKinney-Givens Sunday School Class. Lynn was also an avid South Carolina Gamecock fan.

In addition to her father, she is survived by her son, Nick Neves and his wife Jessica Thomason of Inman, SC; two grandchildren, Rhylea Neves and Wesley Neves; one sister, Beth Wall and husband Wayne of Inman, SC; one brother, Bo Cantrell and wife Bonnie of Inman, SC; uncle, Johnny Horton and wife of Doris of Roebuck, SC; aunt, Kay Pack and husband James of Inman, SC; two nieces, Maria Wall and Amanda Shearer and husband Tim; great nephew, Mason Shearer and great niece, Ellie Shearer and her lifelong friend Sherry Meadows.

She was predeceased by her mother and one son, Travis Dane Neves.

The family will receive friends on Friday, May 11, 2018 from 10:00 -10:45 AM at Inman Mills Baptist Church. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 AM in the church with Rev. Jack Hames and Mr. Robin Caldwell officiating. Memorials maybe made to: Inman Mills Baptist Church Family Life Center Fund, 22 B Street Inman, SC 29349.
