Luther Alfred "Luke" Lippert, Jr., 58, of 102 Edison Circle Spartanburg, passed away Thursday, December 20th, at his residence after an extended illness.
A native of Spartanburg, Luke was a son of Luther Alfred Lippert, Sr of Spartanburg and Joyce Crosland Waldrop of Spartanburg. Luke had worked as a chef and most recently as a forklift driver. In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sisters; Janice Lippert and Susan Lippert, both of Spartanburg, his stepmother; Shirley Lippert of Spartanburg, and his stepsister; Cheryl Parker of Spartanburg.
The family request that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to The Roofing Fund, Skylyn United Methodist Church, 1415 Skylyn Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
