Lula Camp Smith

Inman, SC---Lula Camp Smith, 95, of Inman passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2015. Born June 13, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Otis and Daisy Lorena (Brady) Camp. She was the widow of Edwin E. Smith (Earl). They were married for 50 years. Mrs. Smith was also predeceased by a son, Edwin P. Smith. She was the last surviving member of her family, with 5 brothers and 1 sister. Mrs. Smith was retired from Camphaven Nursing Home and a member of Inman First Baptist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Audrey Smith and a son, Otis H. Smith (Debbie) all of Inman; four grandchildren, Thad Johnson (Jennifer) of Wellford, Andrew Smith of Inman, Cory Morgan of Duncan and Starr Smith Chumard (Matthew) of New Mexico and nine great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held in the Seawright Funeral Chapel at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 with Rev. Jeremiah Childers officiating and will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Good Shepherd Memorial Park in Boiling Springs, SC. The family is at their respective homes.
