Spartanburg, SC---Mrs. Lula Mae Cox Rhinehart, 85, of 1620 Hayne St. passed away on Wednesday, August 10th, 2011 at her home. Born in Spartanburg County on May 7, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Lee and Ethel (Cook) Cox and was the wife of the late Clarence Weaver Rhinehart.
Mrs. Rhinehart was a homemaker and of the Methodist faith.
She is survived by three daughters, Debbie Campbell of Spartanburg, Patricia Johnston of Spartanburg and Donna Allawas of Florida; one son, Christopher Rhinehart of Spartanburg; one sister, Shirley Wright of Pacolet; two brothers, Tommy Cox of Texas and Leroy Cox of New Jersey. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at the home of her sister, Shirley Wright in Pacolet, SC on Saturday, August 13, 2011 from 12 noon until 5:00PM.
