Ivy Lucille James Pugh, 83, of 3653 Calla Drive, passed away Monday, May 23, 2016, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home in Spartanburg, SC. Ivy was born in Pacolet, SC on November 23, 1932, a daughter of the late George P. and Arietta Brackins James. She was the widow of Gerald Edward Pugh, a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.
Ivy is survived by a daughter, Susie Glattli, of Jacksonville, FL; a son Gerald "Buddy" Pugh and his wife Terry, of Jacksonville, FL; two brothers, William B James, of Prosperity, SC; Clyde E James, of Pacolet, SC, five grandchildren, Timothy Glattli, Jessica Pugh, Justin Glattli, Shelly Pugh, Jacob Jackson, two great grandchildren, Tanner Glattli and Lonnie Glattli.
Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, May 27, 2016, at Pacolet First Baptist Church Cemetery, Pacolet, SC, with Rev Daniel Blackwell officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Camp Jerusalem, C/O Glendale Baptist Church ,PO Box 268, Glendale, SC 29346.
