Lucille Collins Hood, 87, of 121 Bufford Street, Inman, SC, passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Lucille was born in Spartanburg, SC on November 19, 1926, a daughter of the late Clyde and Carrie (Thompson) Collins. She was the widow of Broadus Hood, was a homemaker and a member of Cooley Springs Baptist Church. Lucille is survived by a daughter, Bennie Farmer of Inman, a son, Broadus Hood, Jr.of Inman, 3 grandchildren, Leigh Ann Farmer, Brent Painter, Sabrina Painter and one great grandson, Aidian Painter. She was predeceased by a daughter, Lillian Painter. The family is at the home and will receive friends Friday, February 21, 2014 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at Cooley Springs Baptist Church Cemetery at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 22nd, with Rev. Joe Geddes officiating.
