Lois Inez Brannon Lawson, 69, of 1071 Clark Road, Inman, SC, passed away Saturday, September 27, 2014 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Lois was born in Columbus, N.C. on May 23, 1945, a daughter of the late Ernest and Ruth (Hamby) Brannon. She was the wife of Lee Lawson, retired from Springs Industries and attended Redeemed Baptist Church. In addition to her husband she is survived by a daughter, Katlyn Barnette, three sons Joe Lyn Barnette, William "Bill" Alvin Barnette, Leonard Eugene Barnette, all of Inman; two sisters, Dorothy B Dowda, of Landrum; Cleo B Holland, of Miami, FL., one grandson, Gabriel Luc Barnette and one great grandson, Kaleb Sean Thompson. She was predeceased by sisters, Betty Jo Gosnell, Faye Owens, Flora Allison, Ada Davis, Lenora Campbell, Ethel McCrain, Marion Revan, and brothers, Roger Brannon, J.L. Brannon, Boyce Brannon, Stevie Brannon, Glenn Brannon, B.B. Brannon, Conway Brannon and William Brannon. The family is at the home and will receive friends Tuesday 2:00 - 3:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Seawright Funeral Chapel, Inman, SC, at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, September 30th, with Rev Lloyd Allison officiating.
Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Inman, SC.
