Linda Dianne Hardin West, 66, of 2000 Maidstone Drive, Boiling Springs, SC, passed away Friday, November 27, 2015 at her home. Linda was born in Spartanburg, SC on November 30, 1948, a daughter of the late William Shufford and Ellen Mae (Chapman) Hardin. She was the wife of George Michael West, having celebrated 41 happy years of marriage, was formerly employed at Exopack in Spartanburg and was a member of New Prospect Baptist Church. In addition to her husband she is survived by two daughters, Catrina Greene ( Ryan), of Inman; Heather West, of Boiling Springs; a son,Thomas West (Kalon), of Columbia, SC; a step daughter, Sharon West, of Jesup, GA; a step son, William West, of Spartanburg, grandchildren, Benjamin Murray - West, Cayce Greene, Zachary Greene, Brandi West, Ashlynn West, Riley West, Blake West, Caleb West, Rebecca Moore, Colton West, Ashlyn Blackstone and Charity Scruggs. She was predeceased by a daughter, Heather's twin sister, Holly Lynn West. The family is at the home and will receive friends Tuesday, December 1, 2015 from 6:00 - 7:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at the Seawright Funeral Chapel at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, December 1st, with Rev Heyward Calvert and Rev Everett Chapman officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice, 120 Heywood Ave., Suite 300 ,Spartanburg, SC 29302.
