Mrs. Linda Delois McCarter, 61, of 496 Holden Road Inman, died Sunday, November 28th, 2010 at her residence.
Mrs. McCarter was born in Tryon, NC on March 23, 1949, the daughter of the late Bernice McFalls Richards.
She was the wife of Stanley Brooks McCarter and she was a homemaker.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her father, Elliott Richards of Campobello, a daughter, Melody McCarter of Campobello, a son, Jeffrey Brooks McCarter of Inman, a sister, Louise Richards of Landrum, a brother, Toby Richards of Campobello, a granddaughter, Mandy McCarter of Inman, a grandson, Thomas McCarter of Inman, and two great grandchildren, Jazlyne and McKinley McCarter. She was predeceased by a brother, Dennis Richards. All services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials should be made to The Gibbs Cancer Center, 101 E. Wood Street, Spartanburg, S.C. 29303.
