Linda Horton Fredericks, 74, of 400 Locust Grove Road Spartanburg, passed away Wednesday, April 24th, at Valley Falls Terrace.
Linda was born in Spartanburg on November 22, 1944, a daughter of the late Dovie Stephens Horton and Mack Horton and was the widow of Thomas Franklin Fredericks JR.
She retired as a secretary at Spartan Mills and was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Inman.
She is survived by a daughter; Angela Wright of Spartanburg, a son; Justin Fredericks and his wife Katie of Duncan, a brother; Bobby H. Horton and his wife Nina of Spartanburg, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Martha Magnoline Mize and her husband, Charles Mize.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:30 AM on Friday, April 26th at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman with Mr. Gary Crotts officiating. The family extends their appreciation to Valley Falls Terrace and Homestead Hospice for their care and compassion given to Linda while under their care.
