Linda Jeanette Dimsdale, 60, of 59 Blackstock Road, passed away Friday, January 8, 2016, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Linda was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina on March 17, 1955, a daughter of the late Thomas Burnett and Maudie Correll Dimsdale. She was a member of Brooklyn Baptist Church and a former employee with Spartan Foods.
Linda is survived by three sisters: Barbara Watson, Joyce Edwards and Vickie Brown and her husband Randy all of Inman; one brother, Randy Dimsdale and his wife Tammy of Moore; four nephews: Tommy Hughes, Terry Brown, Jason Hughes, Tommy Dimsdale, and three nieces, Jennifer Brown, April Greer and Ashley Ferrara. In addition to her parents, Linda was predeceased by two brothers, James Michael Dimsdale and Thomas Dimsdale, Jr.
Visitation will be held Monday, January 11, 2016, from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held at Seawright Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, January 12, 2016, at 2:00 PM with Rev. Clay Collins and Rev. Billy Rice officiating.
Burial will follow in Brooklyn Baptist Church Cemetery in Chesnee, South Carolina.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, SC Chapter, 4124 Clemson Blvd., Suite L, Anderson, SC 29621.
