Linda Sue Bussey

Spartanburg, South Carolina--Linda Sue Hefner Bussey, 74, of 803 Campground Road Spartanburg, SC, passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at Spartanburg Medical Center.

Born in  Spartanburg County on May 2, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Benny Hefner and Evelyn Rhymer Hefner and was the wife of the late Mr. Roy A. Bussey, Sr.  

She is survived by a son, John Ballew; a daughter, Linda Brown; five sisters, Betty Padgett, Bobbie Jean McDaniels, Carolyn Snipes, Ellen Beheler and Judy Etters; one brother, Michael Hefner; three grandchildren, Ashley Brown, Allison Ann Brown and Amanda Ellason and four great grandchildren, Ashlynn McKenzie Brown, Brayden Edward Brown, Anthony Blayne Thacker and Landon Eric Thacker.  

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was also predeceased by one brother, Howard Hefner and three sisters, Shirley Scruggs, Eunice Belue and Marilyn Jolley.
