Lillian Lowery Searcy, 93, of 1620 Sugar Ridge Road, Boiling Springs, SC, passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at her daughter's home in Campobello.
Lillian was born in Sulphur Springs, NC on May 4, 1928, a daughter of the late Ethel (Laughter) Lowery and J. A. Lowery.
She was the widow of William Searcy, retired from Whitney Mills and was a member of Una First Free Will Baptist Church.
Lillian is survived by three daughters, Kay Murray and husband Joe, of Campobello; Peggy Williams and husband Dennis, of Inman; Jean Ray and husband Randy, of Chesnee; two sons, Zeb Searcy and wife Edi, of Cowpens; Dean Searcy and wife Tammy, of Mayo, 15 grandchildren and many great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Helen Searcy Wilkie Mills, a son, Ernest Gene Searcy and two grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 21st at Broad River Baptist Church Cemetery in Rutherfordton, NC with Rev. Kenneth Cash and Rev Wesley Campbell officiating. The family will receive friends at the gravesite immediately following the service.
