Leona McQueen Collins
Born in Greenville, South Carolina on September 20, 1922, she was a daughter of the late Austin and Beulah McQueen and was the wife of the late Roy Collins.
Leona was of the Baptist faith. She retired after many years as a spinner at both Inman Mills and Spartan Mills.
Survivors include one daughter, Jeanette Phillips of Campobello, South Carolina; six grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren and many great great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and her husband, she was also predeceased by one daughter, Dianne Owens and one son, Billy Joe Burrell.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Inman, South Carolina with Dr. Tommy Turner officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the graveside.
