Lee (Jay) Jerome Wyatt II, of Spartanburg went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 12, 2024.
Born March 2, 1969, He was the son of the late Lee Jerome & Nan Mahaffey Wyatt. He was predeceased by his brother, Waymon Robert Wyatt and stepbrother Byron Heath.
He was a native of Spartanburg, attended Spartanburg Day School, member of First Baptist North Spartanburg, owner, and Broker In Charge, of Shorty Wyatt Real Estate Corp, owner of Wyatt Brothers Construction, owner of Wyatts World of Wheels, and instrumental in operations of Wyatts House of Flowers, with 3 locations in Spartanburg, Greer and Kings Mountain, NC.
He was an adored husband, devoted father, loving father-in-law and his favorite title of all: “Pop”. The ones left with the best of memories include his wife, Lori Grant Wyatt; sons, daughter and significant others, Grant and Rebecca Wyatt, Reagan and Marissa Wyatt, Logan and Annalee Solesbee, and Connor Wyatt, all of Spartanburg; two grandchildren who were the love of his life, McKinley Sheppard and Paislee Morgan Wyatt.
All who knew him can testify to his love for family.
