Larry Lee Berg finished his last race earning his angel wings on February 7, 2021. Those fortunate enough to know Larry know that he was a jolly man with an infectious laugh who fiercely loved his wife and best friend of 36 years. He was a family man who enjoyed motorcycle racing, playing poker, traveling, watching movies, and taking advantage of the adventures of life. Larry was born in Wisconsin but lived most of his years in sunny San Diego where he raised his family and worked until his retirement. As the father of four girls, and an adopted son, he exhibited unconditional love, patience, understanding and forgiveness. Larry and his beloved wife Donna moved to South Carolina to enjoy the simple country life away from the hustle and bustle of the city. He leaves behind his wife, 5 children, 7 grandchildren (with one on the way), and 4 great grandchildren (with one on the way) and along with many other family members who will miss his bright spirit, bear hugs, and love. He will be greatly missed. The family welcomes donations to American Red Cross for their COVID-19 support services as an expression of sympathy instead of flowers.
