She was born in Koh Tao, Cambodia on March 15, 1931, a daughter of the late Pim Kim and Svay Khem.
She was the widow of Men Yeurn.
She was a member of the Cambodian Buddhist Temple and was a seamstress.
She was also predeceased by two children; Chan Sokhan and Koksal Men. She is survived by five children; Chan Mony Men, Chandy Men, Thida Men, Yito Men, Rono Men.
