Mr. Kenneth Denton Bible, 69, of 2327 Country Club Rd. Spartanburg passed away Tuesday, May 27th, 2008 at Piedmont Living Center, Greer, SC.
Mr. Bible was born in Glendale, S. C. on July 27, 1938, the son of the late Woodrow and Lizzie Mae (Robinson) Bible and was the husband of the late Judy (Corn) Bible. Ken was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Before he became ill, he was an avid fisherman and was a great baseball and softball player.
He is survived by two daughters: Suzy B Sanders and husband Richie of Campobello, Dee Anna Hayes of Duncan and one granddaughter: Keni Suzanne Sanders of Campobello.
He retired from the Nolan Company ,was a member of Ben Avon Baptist Church ,Spartanburg, SC , and a member of the Glendale Masonic Lodge # 271.
A Memorial Service will be held at Ben Avon Baptist Church, 2437 Wallace Ave, Spartanburg, 29302, at 8:00 PM on Thursday, May 29th.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Thursday at the church.
