Kelly Lee Easler, 50, of 328 Woodsong Drive, Inman, SC, passed away Monday, March 9, 2015, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center in Spartanburg, SC. Kelly was born in Spartanburg County August 16, 1964 the son of Leon Easler and Diane Easler Butscher. He graduated from Boiling Springs High School in the Class of 1983. He was the owner and operator of Kelly's Pool Works and was a member of Abner Baptist Church. He was the beloved husband of Kay Raines Easler. Kelly was an accomplished pilot and avid builder of experimental aircraft. He also enjoyed skydiving, scuba diving and driving his motorcycle and rail buggy. He cherished his family and loved his many friends who shared his hobbies. Kelly was a meticulous person and took pride in everything he did.
Surviving in addition to his parents and his wife Kay is a sister, Dawn E. Reaves, and her husband Mike, a niece and eight nephews. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents John Woodrow Smith and Mamie Hammett Smith and his paternal grandparents, Oather Miles Easler and Edna Allen Easler.
A visitation was held Friday, March 13, 2015 from 2:00 to 3:30 PM at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman, SC. A funeral service to celebrate his life was held immediately after the visitation at 3:30PM in the Seawright Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev.Tyler Kirby, Rev.
