Marcus Keith "Cotton" Ledford

Keith "Cotton" Ledford, 68, of Wellford, South Carolina, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Friday, April 14, 2023 at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.

Keith was born in Spartanburg, SC on November 17, 1954, a son of the late Wilma (Owens) Ledford and Herman Jack Ledford.

He was the husband of Frances Dianne (Weathers) Ledford, of Wellford and retired from the U.S. Mail department at Wofford College. He was a member of Arcadia Methodist Church. Keith loved his church family and was an avid fisherman.

In addition to his wife, survivors include a son, Barton Ledford (Stephanie), of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL; two grandsons, Luke Ledford and Jack Ledford, two sisters, Cathy Stewart, of Spartanburg, SC; Carol Johnston, of Greer, SC; two brothers, Scott Ledford (Linda), of Campobello, SC; Steve Ledford (Toni),of Bethlehem, GA, and a special cousin, Brian McBee of Inman, SC.

The family is at his home and will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Sunday, April 23rd at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman, SC 

A Memorial Service will follow at 3:00 PM on Sunday, at Seawright Funeral Chapel with Pastor Skipper Brock officiating.

Interment will be at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Inman, SC.
