Inman, SC--Mrs. Kathy Davis Griffin, 54, of 483 Cinnamon Ridge Dr. passed away, Saturday, July 26th, 2008 at Spartan burg Regional Medical Center after a long illness.
Mrs. Griffin was born in Spartanburg, SC on January 22, 1954, the daughter of the late Irby and Irene (Turner) Davis and was the wife of Dean Griffin.
She was a homemaker and was a member of Dependent Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Michelle Splawn and her husband Neil of Inman; one son Kevin Griffin and his wife Amy of Spartanburg; two sisters Rebecca Moore of Spartanburg and Lila Crocker of Inman; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Seawright Funeral Chapel at 2 PM on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 with Rev. Joe Geddes and Dr. David Lancaster officiating. Burial will be in Springhill Memorial Gardens.
The family is at the home and will receive friends Monday 6-8 PM at Seawright Funeral Home.
