Karen was born in Cowpens, SC on September 3, 1963, a daughter of the late Lois (Owens) Gantt and Willie Clyde Gantt.
She was the wife of Lawrence Donnie Pearson and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her husband, Karen is survived by two daughters, Nikki Henry (Shane), Stacy Wade (Marty), two sisters, Gail Elder, Linda Navy, a brother, Larry Gantt
and 5 grandchildren, Nicolas McClenahan, Landen Henry, Damien Edge, Jacqueline Edge and Mackenzie Edge.
