Julia Kay Kennedy Sapp

In memory of Julia Kay Kennedy Sapp, passed on this day of February 10th, 2024. Julia 34, was born on June 8, 1989 in Spartanburg, S.C. She was a graduate of Broome High School Class of 2007 and was a member of ROTC at Broome High School.

She lived in Seagrove, N.C. and was the wife of Anthony Sapp Sr. Her beloved children are a son Anthony Sapp Jr. and a daughter Kennedy Sapp of Seagrove, N.C. whom she loved with all her heart. Julia is survived by her parents Dennis Kennedy Sr. and Margie Spooner Kennedy of Spartanburg and brothers Christopher Kennedy Sr. of Campobello and Dennis Kennedy Jr, of Spartanburg and two sisters, Starr Kennedy and Amber Kennedy of Inman and many Uncles, Aunts, and Cousins in Maine and S.C. and a Grandmother Joan Watson Kennedy of Spartanburg.

Julia was a member of Southside Baptist Church Biscoe, N.C. She always put GOD first in her life and loved the lord with all her heart and was saved the week before she passed. Julia was affectionately known as “KPies” “KK” “Aunt KK” “ Baby” and was a beacon of light and was cherished by all her family and friends and was a kind, sweet, beautiful soul who will be missed and will forever be in our hearts.

Services will be at Julia's home church on Monday, February 19, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Peace Free Will Baptist Church Spartanburg S.C. with Rev. Chuck Thornton presiding. The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 1:45 PM at the church prior to the service.   Seawright Funeral Home of Inman is in charge of arrangements.
