Judith Boling Ashe

Judith Boling Ashe also known as "Grandma" and "Gigi", 83, of 415 Holden Road, Inman, South Carolina, passed away Monday, August 15, 2022 at Lake Emory Post Acute Care surrounded by her loving family.  

Born in Union, South Carolina on January 2, 1939, she was a daughter of the late Anna Miriam Austin Boling and Boyce Lee Boling, Sr.

Mrs. Ashe worked at Lake Emory Post Acute Care formerly Camp Care as an LPN until retiring to be with her grandchildren.  

She is survived by her daughter, Kaye Richard (Roger); one son, Gerald Ashe (Mary); six grandchildren, Nathan Grigg (Christina), Dawn Dill, Tiffany Todd (Jamie), Levi Ashe (Brooke), Harrison Plyler and Ryan Grigg; ten great grandchildren, Tyler Grigg, Lainey Reese,  Haven O'Sullivan, Kara Poteat, Halissa Dill, Kirsten Todd, Ava Todd, Trinity Ashe, Andrew Ashe and  Eli Ashe; one nephew, Phillip Purgason (Mindi); great nephew, Austin Purgason and a great niece, Carolina Purgason and a special granddaughter-in-law, Jessica Grigg.

In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by one brother, BL Boling and one sister, Martha Purgason.  

The family will receive friends at Seawright Funeral Home on Friday, August 19, 2022 from 2:00-2:45 PM. A Memorial Service will follow at 3:00 PM in the Seawright Funeral Chapel in Inman, South Carolina with Rev. Sean Fortner officiating.

The family will be at the home of her grandson, 160 Patton Ave., Spartanburg, South Carolina, 29302.
