Joyce Wall, 87, of Buck Creek Road, Chesnee, passed away Friday, November 13, 2015 at White Oak Manor. Mrs. Wall was born in Spartanburg, S.C. on May 1, 1928, a daughter of the late Jamie Wyatt Chapman and Rev. Clarence Chapman. She was the wife of Boyce Howard Wall and was first married to the late Donald C. Burnett. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse and retired from Spartanburg Regional Medical Center and was a member of Buck Creek Baptist Church. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters; Brenda Bell of Lyman, Nancy Byrd (Robby) of Landrum, Rose Greer (Joe) of Inman; two sons; Curtis Burnett (Sonia) of Spartanburg, Eddie Burnett (Patty) of Easley; two step daughters; Edith Morris (Ken) of Chesnee, Janice Frank (Richard); two stepsons; Jerry Wall (Kay) of Chesnee, Franklin Wall (Lynn) of Inman; three brothers; Harold Dean Chapman of Inman, Paul Chapman (Martha) of Inman, Rev. Everett Chapman (Jenny) of Campobello; two sisters; Vivian Calvert (Rev. Hayward Calvert) of Inman, Cora Lee Whitfield of Inman; 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 8 step grandchildren, 13 step great grandchildren, and 1 step great great grandchild. In addition to her parents and first husband, she was predeceased by a sister; Ellen Hardin; two brothers; Charles Chapman, Rev. Richard Chapman; one grandson, Todd Burnett; one granddaughter, Lisa Byrd, and a son in law, Randy Bell. The family will receive friends 1:00 until 2:45 Sunday, November 15 at Buck Creek Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow in the church at 3:00 Sunday conducted by Rev. Kenny McDowell and Rev. Jason Metcalf. Burial will follow in Lake Bowen Baptist Church Cemetery in Inman.
