Joyce Elaine "T -Babe" Melton
Mrs. Joyce Elaine "T-Babe" Melton, 58, of 400 Mason Rd. passed away Sunday, January 3rd, 2010 at her residence.
She was born in Spartanburg, SC on November 1, 1951, the daughter of the late Clarence Goldmon and Fannie Mae (Jett) Loving. She was the wife of Robert Melton, a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.
In addition to her husband she is survived by 2 daughters: Angelic Pruitt of Wellford, Antoinette Wyatt of Inman, 1 son: Michael Wayne Parton of Boiling Springs, 2 sisters: Peggy Greenway Hardin of Beaufort, SC, Brenda Raymond of Pauline, 2 brothers: Tommy Loving of Pacolet, Michael Loving of Cowpens and 6 grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter: Christie Lynn Parton and a sister, Patsy Petrie.
The family is at the home and will receive friends Tuesday, January 5, 2010 from 6:00 - 7:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will immediately follow in the Seawright Funeral Chapel at 7:00 PM conducted by Mr. Gene Jett.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Medi Home Hospice, 213 East Butler Road, D-1 Mauldin, SC 29662.
