Campobello, SC---Mrs. Joyce Ramsey Fowler, 71, of 336 Blue Ridge Rd. went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 9th, 2009 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born in Spartanburg, SC on September 26, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Georgia (Collie) Brown and was a member of the Anointed Community Church in Landrum, SC.
She is survived by three daughters, Kathy Deluna of Campobello, Marie Tello of Spartanburg and Shelia Davis of Spartanburg; two sons, Roger Ramsey of Spartanburg, Wayne Ramsey of Spartanburg; and twelve grandchildren. She was predeceased by one son Danny Ramsey.
The family is at 306 Elcar Drive, Spartanburg and will receive friends Tuesday from 6-8 PM at Seawright Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at Seawright Funeral Home at 2 PM on Wednesday, November 11th, with Rev. Steve Foster officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Inman.
