John Thomas Hicks, Jr.

 John Thomas Hicks, Jr., 81, of Inman, SC, passed away Monday, August 14, 2023 at Pacifica Senior Living. John was born in Inman, S.C. on June 12, 1942. He was a son of the late, John Thomas Hicks Sr. and Francis Geneva(Owens)Hicks. He was predeceased by his wife, Linda Lou(White)Hicks. Survivors include a son, Trey Hicks and his wife Vicki; a daughter, Ashley Hicks; three grandchildren, Simran Smith and her husband Matthew, Thomas Hicks and his wife Ashley, and Wyatt Hicks and his wife Brooke: a great grandson, Beckham Cole Smith. In addition to his wife, and parents, John was predeceased by a brother, Larry Hicks. John was retired from AT&T and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
