John Barry Hawkins, 62, of 419 Dogwood Circle in Inman, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2020 at his residence. John was born in Belton, SC on June 2, 1957, a son of the late Lettie Arveleen Snipes Hawkins and Rev. John Edward Hawkins. He retired from Michelin Tire Corp.
Surviving are two sons; John Tyler Hawkins and his wife Ashley of Inman, Brett Hawkins of Spartanburg, a sister; Luan Woods and her husband, Buddy of Newport, TN, and a grandson; Barrett Hawkins of Spartanburg.
The family will receive friends 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Friday, May 15th at Seawright Funeral Home in Inman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Miracle Hill Ministries, 189 N. Forest Street, Spartanburg, SC 29301.
