Campobello,SC---Mr. Joe Richard Wolfe, 70, of51O Underwood Road, Campobello passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at Regional Hospice Home.
Mr. Wolfe was born in Spartanburg, SC on April 16, 1941, the son of the late Isaac and Ruth Anderson Wolfe and was the husband of Marie Pearl Kyle Wolfe.
In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter: Frances Holguin of Greenville, SC, 2 sons: Charles Wolfe of Campobello, Ricky Wolfe of Duncan, one brother: Kerry D Wolfe of Alabaster, AL, one sister: Lillian D Bunn of Louisburg, NC, a grandson: Christopher Wolfe who was raised in the home, 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
He worked as a painter in residential construction, was a member of Lake Bowen Baptist Church and served in the U.S. Army in the Vietnam War.
The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends Thursday 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Seawright Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at Seawright Funeral Chapel at 1 :00 PM on Friday, November 4th, with Rev. Mark Williams officiating.
Burial, with full military honors, will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
