 Joe Dean Campfield, 85, of 330 Thompson Road, Chesnee, SC, passed away Thursday, May 25, 2023 at the Regional Hospice Home in Spartanburg, SC.

Joe was born in Henrietta, North Carolina on July 29, 1937, a son of the late Helen (Grant) Campfield and L. B. Campfield.

He was the husband of Carroll (Wilson) Campfield, retired from Medical Textile in Greenwood, SC and was of the Baptist faith.

Joe was a member of the Chesnee Masonic Lodge #294 and was a Shriner. 

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a sister-in-law, Jane Pruitt, nephews, Todd Pruitt and Barry Campfield, niece-in-law, Lisa Pruitt, grand nephew, Wilson Pruitt and grand niece, Jenna Pruitt. He was predeceased by a brother, Jerry Campfield, a grand nephew, Walker Pruitt and a grand niece, Morgan Pruitt.
