Jo Ann Waldrop

 Jo Ann Waldrop, 78, of 715 Windmill Hill Road, Inman, passed away Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at her residence.

Jo Ann was born in Spartanburg on August 16, 1946, a daughter of the late Louvenia Splawn Seay and Harold Bush Metcalf. She was the widow of Kenneth "Pete" Waldrop.

She was a retired clerical worker and was a proud and active member of Inman Mills Baptist Church. Jo Ann enjoyed and loved her family and working in her flower garden.

She is survived by a daughter, Tonya Babb of Inman, a stepdaughter, Yvette Mize of Taylors, a stepson, Edward Waldrop of Spartanburg, five grandchildren: Damon Babb, Dustin Babb, Devin Hawkins, Gabrielle Waldrop, Breanna Stockholm, and several great grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was also predeceased by a brother, Gerald Metcalf.

At Jo Ann's request, entombment services at Roselawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum will be private.
