Jewell Ann Hart Blasingame, 73, of Spartanburg, South Carolina, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at the Regional Hospice Home in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Born in Virginia on September 7, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Carl Hart and Fern (Edwards) Hart. She was first married to the late Mr. Samuel Lee Byrd.
Mrs. Blasingame attended the Church of God and had worked as a nurse for many years.
She is survived by her daughter, Pamela Snyder and two sons, Timothy Byrd and Travis Westmoreland; six grandchildren, Brent Byrd, Lance Tomberlin, Matthew Snyder, Emilie Newman, Lexie Westmoreland, Ashton Westmoreland and three great grandchildren, Logan Pruitt, Maggie Tomberlin and Faith Newman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 2151, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38101-2151.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Florence Moore Memorial Presbyterian Church, 711 Main Street, Wellford, South Carolina 29385.
