Jerry Wayne Ford

Jerry Wayne Ford, 83, of 110 Conifer Road, Inman, SC, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2025 at Spartanburg Medical Center. 

Jerry was born in Starkville, Mississippi on August 6, 1941, a son of the late Mary Nell (Summers) Ford and Joseph Ford. He was the husband of Carolyn (Dyer) Ford having celebrated 58 years of marriage.

Jerry retired from Lockwood Greene, served in the Army Reserve and was an avid golfer. He was a member of First Baptist Church of North Spartanburg.

In addition to his wife, Jerry is survived by three daughters, Julie Sylvia, of Spartanburg, SC; Carrie Johnson, of Greenville, SC; Beth McPherson, of Greenville, SC; two sisters, Judy Frazier, of Wheelersburg, OH; Ginger Ford, of Amelia Island, FL., 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Jerry was predeceased by a sister, Jean Cannon.

No services are planned.
