Mr. Jerry Wayne Rollins, 63, of Inman, SC died Monday, October 10th, 2011 at Gibbs Cancer Center.
Mr. Rollins was born in Spartanburg on November 15, 1947, the son of the late Faye McAbee and the stepson of the late Carl McAbee.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Edna Ruth Bell Rollins.
He was a retired employee of Cryovac/Sealed Air of Duncan and a member of Whitney Masonic Lodge.
He was a charter member of Rock Hill Baptist Church of Inman where he was a member of the Men's Sunday School Class and a Vietnam War Veteran serving in the U.S. Army. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sisters, Carolyn Fowler and Sandra Lemmons; two sons, Scott Rollins and wife Cheryl and grandson
Justin of Spartanburg, Phillip Rollins and wife Tina and grandson Noah and granddaughter Scarlett of Boiling Springs. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, whom he loved dearly.
The family is at the home and will receive friends Tuesday 6-8:00pm at Seawright Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at Fort Prince Memorial Gardens at 11:OOam on Wednesday, October 12th, with Dr. Randall Cummings officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rock Hill Baptist Church PO Box 449 Inman, SC 29349 or Magnolia Manor- Activities Fund 63 Blackstock Road Inman, SC 29349.
